Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect operators, customers, networks and Exentra from unlawful or harmful use.
Use Exentra lawfully
Operators and their staff must use Exentra only for networks they are authorised to operate and in accordance with applicable law, licences, contracts and consumer obligations.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorised access, credential theft, malware, phishing, interception or surveillance.
- Fraudulent payments, false transfer confirmation, voucher manipulation or evasion of platform fees.
- Harassment, exploitation, illegal content or infringement of intellectual-property rights.
- Testing another operator’s account, router or customer data without written authorisation.
- Attempting to bypass tenant boundaries, rate limits, security controls or service restrictions.
- Using Exentra to overwhelm infrastructure, send spam or operate abusive automated traffic.
Hotspot operation
Operators are responsible for their acceptable-use terms with customers, lawful network access, fair package descriptions and responding to abuse originating from their network. Exentra may preserve relevant logs and cooperate with valid legal requests.
Enforcement
Exentra may limit, suspend or terminate activity that creates immediate security, legal or operational risk. Where practical, we will notify the operator, preserve relevant evidence and provide a remediation path. Serious or repeated abuse may result in account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
Use the contact page with the operator name, relevant reference and time of the incident. Never send payment secret keys or router passwords.
