Operators can launch instantly on a shared Exentra address. Dedicated infrastructure and a dedicated subdomain are optional and reviewed separately.
Dedicated-hosting fees, when applicable, are quoted before activation and remain separate from the current platform-fee waiver.

There is no charge for merely creating a plan or generating a draft setup.
